New dates added for 2012 - 4-Day Abundance Leadership Immersion offered in Napa Valley

4-Day Abundance Leadership Immersion
June 18-21, 2012 in Napa Valley, California

Our Abundance Leadership approach uses breakthrough research to guide top-level decision-makers in linking their specific leadership behaviors with improved business results. In today’s business environment, it’s not enough to possess business knowledge and leadership skills. In this program, participants learn how key leadership behaviors -- signal behaviors of ‘abundance leaders’ -- are tied to business success through a range of learning activities.

The core of our personalized approach is based on the insight gained from pre-course diagnostic assessments. We compare participants' results to benchmark data collected from hundreds of top-level executives to identify leadership strengths and weaknesses, and evaluate organizational health. Integrated learning is assured through a combination of classroom teaching, one-on-one coaching, and a variety of learning activities. At the end of the four-day program, participants will be prepared to apply their new knowledge to real projects right away:
  • Identify key indicators of organizational health
  • Lead work teams to increased productivity
  • Become a leader who attracts and inspires top performers
  • Explore techniques to apply their upgraded leadership competencies -- and make them stick
  • Draft an action plan to tackle organizational weaknesses and leverage opportunities
Abundance Leadership participants include CEOs, vice presidents and directors from public and private companies, nonprofit and governmental organizations across industries.
