OD Salon on Friday, March 23rd: "How long should an employee stay in a job"

Please join us for our first Salon of 2012 on Friday, March 23, 2012. We’ll be talking about how long employees should stay in an organization. The discussion will center around the following questions:
  • How long should an employee stay in a job?
  • Is there an ideal length of time for job or organizational tenure?
  • What are the pros and cons of tenure? Seniority systems?
  • Should we all be forced to rotate in and out of jobs and organizations on a set schedule?
  • Which types of work benefit from long tenure? Which from short tenure?

RSVP is required if you plan to attend. You are welcome to bring a colleague, but please be sure to notify us in advance. Contact Itanza at (203) 288-6688 or iwooden@odda123.com to reserve your space. Itanza will send you a confirmation email; if you don’t receive an acknowledgement, please let her know.

OD Salons are held at Mory's Restaurant in downtown New Haven, from 12:00 to 1:30 pm. Lunch is served compliments of ODDA. We look forward to seeing you.
